SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Last updated: [LAST UPDATED DATE]

These terms govern SMS and text messages sent by The Project Desk, a service of Bedrock Growth Systems LLC.

What messages we send

The Project Desk uses SMS messaging to support your project request and appointment scheduling. The categories of messages we send include:

  • Appointment confirmations — confirming the date, time, and address of your scheduled estimate
  • Reminders — courtesy reminders 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • Scheduling and coordination — messages related to confirming details, rescheduling, or updating you about your matched specialist
  • Conversational replies — responses to messages you send us

We do not send marketing, promotional, or re-engagement messages without obtaining separate consent for those specific purposes.

How you opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from The Project Desk by submitting a form on our website (or a related landing page operated by us) and affirmatively checking the consent box agreeing to be contacted by phone and text message. The consent language is shown at the time of submission.

By submitting the form with the consent box checked, you confirm that:

  • The phone number provided belongs to you or you have permission to provide it
  • You agree to receive calls and text messages from The Project Desk and the matched contractor regarding your project request
  • You understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase
  • You understand that message and data rates may apply

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active project request. Most homeowners receive between 2 and 8 messages from us in connection with a single project request — typically over a 1–2 week period from form submission through appointment completion.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages from The Project Desk at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, you'll receive one final confirmation message, and we won't send you any further SMS messages from that brand.

If you want to opt back in, reply START.

How to get help

For help with text messages from The Project Desk, reply HELP to any message we send. You can also reach us at:
